Website Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DG Capital Partners. These terms explain the conditions for using our website, dgcapitalpartners.com (“our website”).

Please read these terms carefully before using our website. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using it.

About us

This website is operated by DG Capital Partners Ltd, trading as DG Capital Partners (“we”, “us” or “our”).

We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15915247, with our registered office at 20 Wenloock Road, London, N1 7GU.

DG Capital Partners provides property marketing, master sales agency and related services for residential developments and student accommodation schemes, working with developers, agents, introducers and purchasers.

Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and the information and materials available through it.

Any appointment of DG Capital Partners, property reservation, purchase, agency arrangement or introducer relationship will be subject to a separate agreement. Fees, commissions, responsibilities and payment terms will be set out in the relevant agreement.

Browsing our website, downloading a brochure or submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, appoint us to act on your behalf or create an entitlement to commission.

Where a separate agreement governs a particular service or transaction, that agreement will take precedence in relation to that service or transaction if it conflicts with these website terms.

Property and development particulars

roperty descriptions, prices, availability, floor plans, dimensions, specifications, completion dates and development details may be supplied by developers or other third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Prices and availability are subject to confirmation.
Dimensions and floor areas are approximate.
Computer-generated images, show-home photography and illustrations are indicative and may include items or finishes that are not included in the purchase price.
Proposed layouts, specifications and amenities may be subject to planning, construction or other changes.
Construction milestones and completion dates are estimates.

Website particulars do not, by themselves, constitute an offer to sell a property or authority for us to enter into a contract on a seller’s behalf.

Before proceeding, you should ask your solicitor and other appropriate advisers to verify the property’s legal title, tenure, planning position, permitted use, charges and contractual specification.

These provisions do not override information or commitments that form part of a binding agreement or your statutory rights.

Descriptions of our services, distribution network, marketing approach and previous results are illustrative. They do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, reservations, exchanges, completions or a specific sales timetable.

Any right to use our marketing materials, represent DG Capital Partners, introduce business for payment or market a development through our network must be agreed separately in writing.

You must not claim to act on our behalf or make commitments in our name without our written authorisation.
